Full-Time Private Sector

Job Location

Northwest Arkansas (but must be able to travel)

Job Description

Ready to create a legacy? Trail building is demanding, labor intensive work. You must be able to work in all types of weather and outdoor conditions, walk with 80lbs., and travel. While demanding physically, trail building is an opportunity to be creative and trouble-shoot in the wild. There is no cubical or elevator to the top. At the end of the day, you will be dirty, exhausted, and likely out-of-town, but by the end of the project, you will be stoked to be able to shred something you helped create with a great crew you are a part of. Passion for trails is a must! Knowledge of landscape geography, geometry, simple machines such as rigging and fulcrums beneficial. Chainsaw experience, machine operation, masonry, or carpentry skills a plus. This is an entry level position, so a desire to learn and a passion for trails is all that is required. Full time positions have competitive pay, paid time off, run for growth, and insurance available.
