Job Description

As a TCL, you'll guide and inspire a team of 4-8 crew members through single and multi-day field projects, imparting trail and restoration techniques to volunteers, interns, and youth conservation corps members. You’ll coordinate with our land management partners in developing project scopes of work, manage project logistics, and serve as the primary in-field leader on a variety of trail and conservation projects.

Status: Temporary, full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $23 - $25/hour
Term: Approximately March - November
