Webinar Program Administration

This webinar will give a fast-paced, fact-filled, presentation that will show attendees how valuable having a trail in close proximity to a home or business truly is.

Webinar Outline

The densest network of dead steam railroad corridor in North America is within 150 miles of western Massachusetts. This webinar will give a fast-paced, fact-filled, presentation that will show attendees just how impactful this network is about to become and how having a trail in close proximity has proven to be valuable. Don't forget, we've been working on this for over 40 years and it hasn't been without drama. Based on firsthand experience with the High Line Trail, this session also shares proven approaches for planning trail projects that strengthen neighborhoods while avoiding the unintended consequences of rapid gentrification.
