This webinar introduces a new approach to stewardship operations, one that connects field work directly to measurable outcomes.
Webinar Outline
Trail stewardship is evolving, but the tools used to manage it often lag behind the work itself. Organizations are being asked to do more, report more, and demonstrate impact more clearly than ever before. This webinar introduces a new approach to stewardship operations, one that connects field work directly to measurable outcomes. Jared Vandeventer, Founder of Trailfunds, will share how organizations are beginning to digitize their workflows, from planning and execution to reporting and communication.
You’ll learn how to:
- Bring structure to field operations without disrupting existing workflows
- Track volunteer efforts and project progress in real time
- Translate trail work into clear, defensible impact metrics
- Build a foundation for stronger reporting and long-term support
This session is designed for stewardship organizations looking to modernize how they manage and communicate their work.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe a modern approach to managing trail stewardship work from field execution to reporting
- Apply strategies to track volunteer hours and project outcomes more accurately
- Explain how better data can strengthen funding, reporting, and organizational visibility
