OHV Safety Week takes place June 13-21, with training sites across the country offering free ATV safety classes. Join us to learn how riders, families, and community partners can access free training opportunities and use industry-developed tools and resources to help promote safe, responsible OHV recreation. We’ll also highlight this year’s key safety messages, including proper riding gear, buckling up in ROVs, and respecting trails and land-use rules.

Learning Objectives:

Learn about free training opportunities during national OHV Safety Week (June 13-21) and the focused safety messages for this year, including wearing proper safety gear and ensuring ROV drivers and passengers buckle up.
Build a general understanding of OHV safe and responsible use practices and learn how and where it is appropriate to operate two and four-wheel OHVs.
Discover tools produced by the powersports industry associations that can be used to promote safe and responsible OHV use.

Learning Credits and CEUs

Learning credits are available. The length of the session will determine the number of hours/credits given. In order to obtain credits, attendees must fill out an evaluation survey for each session they attend, as well as complete a learning credit tracking form noting each session they are requesting credits for (or a quiz if virtual). This form (and complete instructions) will be available during the live webinar or at registration when you check in for in-person events. American Trails is a certified provider and can offer the following learning credits and continuing education opportunities: AICP CM, LA CES (most HSW approved), NRPA CEU, and CEU/PDH Equivalency Petition for other accepting organizations.
