Black Run Preserve - REI White and Yellow Trails

Provided lead on developing two trails in the Black Run Preserve, supported by the Friends of the Black Run Preserve and REI. The program included land assessment, identifying the trail corridor, pin flagging the trails, coordination of volunteers, training on types and use of tools, and oversight of the construction of the trails. The 2.1 mile White REI trail was constructed in 2012 over two days with 100 volunteers. The 2.5 mile Yellow REI trail was constructed in 2015 on one day with 24 volunteers.
