More than 500 adaptive sport leaders, coaches, and advocates will unite from across the country for the 2026 Move United Education Conference—the nation’s premier adaptive sports education event. Get in the game with this year’s theme, ‘Breaking Barriers, Building Community,’ challenging every attendee to push boundaries and ignite change in their communities. Over four dynamic days, you’ll engage in hands-on training, emboldening keynotes, sport demonstrations, and meaningful connections that fuel the next level of your impact. Whether you lead a national organization or volunteer locally, you’ll leave with fresh strategies, a stronger network, and the tools to create lasting change.
Under the theme “Breaking Barriers, Building Communities,” the event will feature hands-on training sessions, sport demonstrations, keynote presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to advance adaptive sport education and practice. The program supports both grassroots and national-level leaders, offering tools to enhance inclusive physical activity and community impact.
Pre-conference workshops, including certification courses, will offer focused professional development opportunities. Attendees may choose from half-day to two-day formats, with additional fees applying.
The host venue, Cape Cod Irish Village at The Emerald Resort & Conference Center, will serve as the conference hotel, with discounted room rates available until April 2, 2026.
Registration opens in late January 2026, with discounted rates available before March 13. Opportunities for presenters, exhibitors, and poster session submissions will be open from September 9, 2025, through early 2026. Transportation support between venues will be provided during the event.
This event is a leading opportunity for professionals working in rehabilitation, sport, education, and disability advocacy to collaborate and advance the field of adapted physical activity.
