BLM Upper Snake Field Office, Idaho. Project lead for the Upper Snake East TMP/EA, including analysis of 783 miles of routes across 126,378 acres in east-central Idaho. This TMP involved a complex set of seasonal and vehicle limits as well as a plan for constructing some new routes. Tasks included project management; facilitating interdisciplinary route evaluation and planning sessions; authoring the TMP/EA and editing the Finding of No Significant Impact, and Decision Record; summarizing, analyzing, and drafting responses to public comments; and maintaining administrative record materials.
