Role: Project Manager/Supervisor
This was a project through Maine Coast Heritage Trust who contracted me as part of the AMC Professional Trail Crew to build a short hardened gravel trail from a new parking area to the historic Stone Barn. I trained the trail crew and managed all the logistics, machine rentals and aggregate deliveries.
