Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Richfield Field Office, Utah. Project lead for the TMP/EA, including analysis of 2,282 miles of routes across 1,451,410 acres in southeastern Utah. The BLM completed the TMP/EA as part of a 2017 Settlement Agreement involving multiple field offices in Utah. This TMP ensured the BLM complies with the Settlement Agreement, minimizing impacts to natural and cultural resources while facilitating access to desired recreational experiences and destinations. Tasks included project management; facilitating interdisciplinary planning sessions; authoring the TMP/EA, Finding of No Significant Impact, and Decision Record; supporting public meetings; summarizing, analyzing, and drafting responses to public comments; and maintaining administrative record materials.
