BLM, Oklahoma Field Office, Texas/Oklahoma. Project lead for the Cross Bar Management Area TMP/EA, analyzing 82 miles of routes across 11,838 acres in northern Texas. BLM completed the TMP/EA as part of its efforts to facilitate public recreational access, which is focused on non-motorized opportunities, on the only BLM-managed lands in Texas. Tasks included project management; facilitating interdisciplinary route evaluation and planning sessions; authoring the TMP/EA; supporting public meetings; summarizing, analyzing, and drafting responses to public comments; and maintaining administrative record materials.
