Walt Bready is the former State of Georgia Trails Education Specialist and current owner of Trails B-Ready LLC. He has played a role in the design and construction many miles of natural surface trails, has trained trail crew leaders and presented sustainable trail courses in the southeast since 2006.
I teach a half-day Sustainable Trails Workshop and a 2-day Trail Crew Leader Training course. Professionally providing recreational trail planning services, design, trail layout, construction and maintenance for private and public lands.

McDowell Tech Community College
February 10 - 11, 2024
Marion, North Carolina
This two day course is geared for trail volunteers and will cover natural surface trail design, construction, maintenance and crew leader training. The focus is teaching you about long term sustainability that can reduce overall maintenance needs and user impacts on natural resources.
Classroom presentations will be held at McDowell Technical Community College in Marion, North Carolina.
