Sean Reynolds leads the facility management program at Golden Gate National Recreation Area (includes Alcatraz Island), Muir Woods National Monument, and Fort Point National Historic Site. As the Chief of Facility Management he provides leadership and program oversight to over 120 employees. His asset portfolio includes over 400 buildings, water/wastewater & electric infrastructure, 100+ miles of roads & trails, maintained cultural landscapes and custodial maintenance operations across San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties. He also serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) developing and managing A/E, construction and service contracts for the operations, maintenance and rehabilitation of park facilities.
