I am the founder and owner of Linear Active LLC. I started the business in 2012 after completing my masters thesis on sustainable trail development. We have worked in 7 states and our clients have included federal agencies, state parks agencies, regional and local governments, nonprofits and private land owners. I have presented on trail-related topics at the International Trail Symposium, Professional Trail Builders Association conferences, the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association conference and many smaller events. Linear Active offers a full spectrum of trail development services including GIS-based assessments and master planning, trail design and layout, turnkey construction and maintenance. We have been a PTBA member contractor since 2015.
