Meg Fennell currently serves as a transportation analyst in the State Bicycle and Pedestrian unit with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). Her responsibilities focus on working with the Active Transportation Program which includes the Empire State Trail and State Bicycle Route programs, development of the Active Transportation Strategic Plan, and representing NYSDOT on various active transportation-related committees.

Mrs. Fennell has been with NYSDOT since 2017 and previously served as Director of Engineering for the Town of East Greenbush.

Mrs. Fennell resides in Saratoga County, New York.
