Entry Level Handworker
If you have always wanted to travel and live on the road working in the Mountain Bike Industry then send your application our way!This is our entry level position where all of our trail builders start, opportunities for advancement exist; Lead Hand Worker, Second Machine Operator and Lead Operator/Foreman.
You will be on the road for 11 months out of the year. There are a limited amount of Bentonville based positions available.

Job Description
Entry Level Handworkers must be able to do the following for the entirety of an average 8-10 hour work day for 40 hours each week.• Perform manual labor.
• Lift more than 50lbs to 75lbs repeatedly throughout the course of the work day.
• Walk, stand, and remain on feet.
• Work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, and other adverse weather conditions.
• Safely operate small engine power equipment including chainsaws, jack hammers, cannycoms, etc.
• Safely use hand tools repetitively and for long periods of time.
• Correctly wear personal protective gear.
• Move safely and effectively over uneven terrain.
Entry Level Handworker tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Haul tools and materials to and from the job site.
• Remove exposed roots and brush from trail corridor using chainsaws, hand tools, etc.
• Shape trail tread using hand tools including McLeod, rake, etc.
• Move and place large rocks by hand using rock bars, rock slings, etc.
• Assemble boardwalks and timber bridges.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
