The Position:
We have a position available for a Construction Supervisor to oversee trail and pump track construction projects.
This is a Permanent Full-Time role primarily working on projects across Victoria and New South Wales, with occasional travel to other states. The role involves travelling and working between project locations, typically for 2-3 month periods (sometimes longer).
The Construction Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising, directing, and supporting site crews
- Planning and coordinating daily construction activities, work programs, and site logistics
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achieved
- Operating excavators, skid steers, and other plant and equipment
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on-site
- Maintaining professional and effective relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and the broader project team
- You will be a key on-site leader and an important representative of the business.
About You:
Mandatory Requirements
- A relevant construction, landscaping, or other trade background
Demonstrated experience supervising civil construction or landscaping sites
- Experience operating excavators and skid steers
- A passion for mountain biking, BMX, and bikes
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and live in different project locations for extended periods
Preferred
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision) or other relevant qualification
- Qualifications in excavator and skid steer operation (RIIMPO320F Conduct - Civil Construction Excavator Operations and RIIMPO318F Conduct Skid Steer Loader Operations)
- Experience constructing mountain bike trails or pump tracks
